Behold The Man - Sermon Series

I was in charge of branding the easter series at my church. The title is called "Behold The Man", which is a reference to John 19. I wanted to capture the intensity of that day to the people observing and I thought an intense brush would be best. Sadly, it was too short notice to actually do it in house. I was able to find a good brush font as substitute but I really wish I could have painted it myself.

And the soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on his head and arrayed him in a purple robe. They came up to him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” and struck him with their hands. Pilate went out again and said to them, “See, I am bringing him out to you that you may know that I find no guilt in him.” So Jesus came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate said to them, “Behold the man!” - John 19:2-5
he said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit
